Semi-automatic filling line for dry powder fire extinguishers (herein referred to as the production line) adopts the weighing filling methods, which can perform accurate filling for fire extinguisher and the valve will be plugged manually with filling completed, circled aiming at the threads, tightened at the tightening working position, which can be offline with the bottle valve tightened. This dry powder filling production line is adopted with PLC to endow all elements moving more fast and flexible; weighing filling methods make it more convenient and precious to fill.
